Diamond Wire Saw Machine 22kw is applied to construction, reinforced concrete cutting and small stone block squaring and small area quarrying. The frequency control of main motor allows the speed of arrange in the 0-30m/sec, its small starting current makes it suitable for block squaring of various hardness and material stone(such as marble ,granite, sandstone and so on).
1.1 Machine Description
1) It can be used to adjust the wire speed by inverter, which allows variation of the linear speed from 0 to 30m/sec., with low starting current. It can be used for block squaring various stone in quarry, such as marble, granite and sandstone etc.
2) The traverse speed is controlled automatically by special electric apparatus, which keeps the diamond wire be tensioned and stably cutting. The control panel is compact and easy to read.
3) The simple and portable structure makes it easy to move and operate. It allows to be optionally moved as required to achieve good cutting results.
